IMPROVING COHESION IN STUDENTS WRITING THROUGH SOME UNITY APPROACHES AT ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE : SECOND LANGUAGE ACQUISITION AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT

Improving cohesion in writing at English classroom This article presents an overview of teaching techniques we suggest some unity approaches to help students to write in English instructional contexts achieve greater cohesion in their writing work . To introduce some approach we outline key concepts in our work The approach focuses on analysis of authentic text, the development productive vocabulary and information structure and vocabulary development as a part of revision process. First is a brief information about text and cohesion in English.aThis is followed by a basic discussion of cohesive devices and how we as teachers often miss the mark in our attempts to address cohesion in our students; writing Finally wrote some approach that can help students achieve greater cohesion in their writing .
