The researcher uses some instruments to collect the data and follows the Creswell theory of qualitative research methods in this research. These instruments consist of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, field notes, and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher used Miles M. The findings show that the implementation of Hybrid Learning-based Instruction in the Aviation English class at the Makassar Aviation Polytechnic can be fully implemented by the lecturer. There are three stages in Aviation English Learning there are planning, implementation (face-to-face meeting), virtual learning collaboration (synchronous and asynchronous), self-paced (asynchronous learning), and evaluation.
